SYNOPSIS: The young Seita and his little sister Setsuko are children of a Japanese naval officer. During World War II, both live with their mother, but one day, in a bombing, they fall behind and fail to reach the bunker where she expected. After the bombing the two brothers looking for their mother, and Seita finds it very badly injured in school that has been converted into a hospital emergency.
Well, a movie where there is raw, real as life itself, despite being drawings. The truth is that without a very deep plot, the film is simply brilliant, I began to look at reviews on the internet, and people are branded as a masterpiece, and the truth that the final taste that lets the film is worthy of a masterpiece. Despite being 88, the film has great animation and a perfect soundtrack. I think from now on I will see the Ghibli films, because I have not seen any, and this has left me very dissappointed. In short, I roll it up again, only say that those who have not seen it, you have to see it, so yes, I warn you is very screwed up and what goes wrong.
PS: Here is a little recommendation, the movie begins with a flashback about 5 minutes, so it's best to watch the entire movie and, when the do them again, that if you leave can be seen worse (as in my case ^ ^)
