I've had several requests to remove propaganda of this property and in the end I've spent a few minutes. Recently

How eliminates the propaganda of this property? have to spoil a little html code, the result does not meet the standards, but is displayed correctly in all browsers I know.
have to make two changes to ALL pages. Htm and. Html:
1) Need to remove the
\u0026lt;body>
and instead put the following line:
\u0026lt;noframes> \u0026lt;body> ;. \u0026lt;/ body> \u0026lt;/ noframes>
2) is removed from the end where it says \u0026lt;/ body> \u0026lt;/ html> this is removed and put in place:
